Our campaigns are First Edition printing of this project. There will only be one print of this First Edition, and supplies will be limited once that printing is done. Depending on the project, there may be a Second Edition printing at a later time, though the Second Edition will be marked 'Second Edition' and may have less features than the First Edition (no signature, no gilding/coloring, less art, etc.)
While it usually takes no more than 8 to 10 months to deliver a book project, Wraithmarked most often sets its estimated delivery dates 15 months after the Kickstarter campaign ends. This is to account for potential delays that can happen at any point in the process, which can be anything from an artist handing art in a week late to a printer getting hacked and being out of commission for 3+ months (both have happened to us in the past). As such, we try to create a cushion to prevent late delivery.

While we generally process Shopify orders separately from Kickstarter Fulfillment, our shipping department may at times be required to focus on campaign fulfillment. This may result in shipping being delayed by a few days.

All pre-orders on our store are held until the initial campaign’s fulfillment has completed. Please see our campaign list page to find the project associated with the book(s) you ordered to view the latest campaign updates.
If you ordered multiple pre-order books, they will be shipped together (if possible).
On Shopify, our shipping prices roughly translate to what we charge on our Kickstarter campaigns. However, they may differ slightly due to Shopify's weight-based shipping. That said, our prices for a single book are as follows:
*Due to the recent changes to the laws in the EU, we are temporarily unable to ship to the following EU countries: BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, DENMARK, ESTONIA, GREECE, HUNGARY, LUXEMBOURG, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA. We are actively working on reducing this list.
As a rule, Wraithmarked Creative does not provide refunds. Once an order has been processed, not only has Shopify claimed their portion of the sale, but credit card fees have also been processed. Wraithmarked cannot recuperate those, so every refund can cost us up to 10% of an order's total.
That being said... we have been known to make exceptions for cases of financial hardship. If you are in financial hardship and need us to refund you for your pledge, you can reach out to support@wraithmarked.com with the subject 'Financial Hardship Refund Request' and let us know that you are seeking a refund for financial security reasons, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
First, to be considered for a replacement or refund, please be aware that:
• You must submit your claim within 21 days of receiving your book according to tracking.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of damage.
• If you believe there was an issue regarding customs codes/fees/etc., you must submit photographic evidence of the customs form or receipt.
• At any time during the replacement/refund process, we reserve the right to request the return of the product(s) before any replacement or refund is processed. In the event of this, Wraithmarked will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return of said products.
• Packaging is not part of the product (with the exception of slipcases). Any damage to packaging or packaging materials will not result in a replacement of said packaging or packing materials.
